Terms and Conditions

1.

"GUNPLA 40TH ANNIVERSARY CAMPAIGN 2020" ("Lucky Draw") is hosted officially on the BANDAI campaign website at https://cpg.gundam.info,
from 1 July 2020 00:00am to 1 October 2020 00:59am (Sydney Time) ("Campaign Period"). All data submitted beyond the Campaign Period will not be eligible for the Lucky Draw.

2.

Only GUNDAM.INFO or BANDAI NAMCO ID members ("Members") aged 18 or above are eligible to enter the Lucky Draw. Aged below 18 participants must obtain parental consent before entering the Lucky Draw.
Participants must register sucessfully through BANDAI NAMCO ID webpage www.bandainamcoid.com with necessary personal information to participate in the Lucky Draw.

3.

Employees of BANDAI, BANDAI's distributors, and retail stores are not eligible for this Lucky Draw.

4.

Customers are entitled 1 Lucky Draw serial card upon every purchase of selected BANDAI product at selected department stores or toy specialty retailers.

5.

The Lucky Draw selected BANDAI products must fulfill the following criteria:
Selected BANDAI products: BANDAI GUNPLA official products with red BANDAI or blue BANDAI logo printed on the package.
Selected BANDAI products: BANDAI GUNPLA products distributed by officially recognised local distributor(s).
Selected BANDAI products: BANDAI GUNPLA products from BANDAI Hobby Department.
Selected BANDAI products: BANDAI GUNPLA products from BANDAI Hobby Department including: HG, RG, RE/100, MG, Hi-Resolution Model, PG, MEGA SIZE MODEL
Regarding with "Selected BANDAI products" and "Selected department or toy specialty retailers" detail information, please enquire shop staff before purchase.

6.

Participants are required to register a "BANDAI NAMCO ID" account and are eligible to participate the Lucky Draw unlimited times and win one prize only.
All eligible participant from First Round A Course and B Course will automatically enter into the Second Round of Lucky Draw until the last Lucky Draw is completed.
Winners of the First Round will not be eligible for entering into the Second Round of the Lucky Draw.
The 160 winners will be drawn randomly by a computer system on the Lucky Draw dates shown below. The Lucky Draw results will be announced at the BANDAI Lucky Draw website as per below annoucement dates.

7.

All registration data recorded by server for the Lucky Draw shall be used and treated as final.

8.

Winners will be notified by email or phone within 1 month after the Lucky Draw end date about prize redemption. BANDAI or BANDAI's official distributor will contact winners based on the email address provided on registration.
If winners cannot be reached due to incorrect information provided, BANDAI is not responsible for the missed opportunity.

9.

Winners' BANDAI NAMCO ID account must be valid during the Campaign Period and at the time of redemption. BANDAI reserves the right to withdraw prizes from winners without valid membership.

10.

Winners are required to show valid Lucky Draw serial card and valid identification documents when they collect the prize and must collect them at the specified place within the specific period.
Winners who do not comply might forfeit the right to receive the prize.

11.

For any dispute arising from this Lucky Draw, BANDAI's decision is final.

12.

All prizes are not transferable or exchangable for cash or any other goods.

13.

BANDAI is not the supplier of the First Round prizes. Any enquiry or complaint regarding the quality of a product or any related services should be directed the appropriate suppliers. BANDAI assumes no liability in this respect.

14.

BANDAI is not liable for any loss or damage suffered (include indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury as a result of accepting or using any of the prizes.

15.

Members who register for the Lucky Draw must ensure that all information provided, including personal communication details, are true and correct, and neither fraudulent nor of any third part.
If any registered Members violate any rules or commit any illegal acts that result in any losses on the part of BANDAI or any third parties, they are liable for all liabilities.

16.

If for any reason the Lucky Draw is not capable of running as planned, due to infection by computer virus, bugs, worms, trojan horses, denial of service attacks, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures,
or any other causes beyond the control of BANDAI that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Lucky Draw, BANDAI reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrants(s) who tamper with the entry process without prior notice.

17.

BANDAI reserves the rights to interpret these Terms and Conditions. For any dispute arising from this Lucky Draw, BANDAI's decision is final.

18.

The terms and conditions herein are governed by the laws of Australia.

19.

Members' registration for this Lucky Draw serves as their acceptance of all the above terms and conditions.
